Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund, replacement, and return requests are handled for products and services supplied by Dezhou Panther Machinery Ltd. Because many remote control mower products and industrial equipment orders may involve customized configurations, final terms should be confirmed in the written quotation or sales contract.

Order Confirmation

Before payment, please review the product model, technical specifications, quantity, power configuration, accessories, delivery terms, warranty scope, and destination details. Once production, customization, or shipment has started, cancellation or refund options may be limited.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Customized products, configured machinery, spare parts ordered specially for your project, and products manufactured according to agreed requirements are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed quality issue or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If goods arrive damaged, missing, or inconsistent with the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days after receipt and provide photos, videos, package information, and related shipping documents.

Return Authorization and Refund Processing

Products must not be returned without written authorization. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or another agreed method. Bank fees, customs duties, taxes, shipping costs, installation costs, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

Refund requests are separate from warranty service. If a product issue can be resolved through parts replacement, remote technical support, repair, or other after-sales assistance, we may provide these solutions according to the agreed warranty policy.
